The Cutest Vintage T-shirts

Friday, May 31, 2019

Vintage t-shirts can be styled SOO cute, the tee's can be paired with a skirt to fancy it up or with some jeans to dress it down. They are so stylish yet comfy, which is the perfect combination. All of these t-shirts are from free people, which makes them a little bit more on the pricey side. However, they are so worth the price because of how comfortable and high quality they are. I own a few of these t-shirts, and I would buy all of them and wear them everyday if I could. They are a perfect addition to your summer wardrobe, and I promise you will not regret it!

Best Roadtrip Playlist

Tuesday, May 28, 2019

Road trips are such a blast, especially when you get to sing at the top of your lungs with your best friends. I jam to these songs every road trip I go on. I threw in all kinds of music, like classic, country, pop, 80s, etc. I have so many fun road trip memories, blasting the music with the windows down with my hair all in my face blowing in the wind. The best kind of music, is the music that makes you feel like you are in a music video, and this list is definitely that type of music. I really hope you enjoy this playlist as much as I do!

I luckily dodged adding on extra pounds by just choosing a healthier lifestyle. In this list I've included a snack for every type of person, whether you have a sweet tooth, like savory food, spicy food, whatever you like it's on here! My personal favorite is the Halo Top ice-cream, I lived off this ice-cream in college. However, I have tried all of these snacks and I really do love them all. The Ranch

The ranch is a place where my family and I go almost every weekend. It's a place where we can relax and forget about our worries and problems for a little while. I had no idea what this place would mean  to me until I visited. The smell and bright colors of the flowers puts the biggest smile on my face. I also learned how to shoot a gun here, and I'm not gonna lie I'm pretty amazing (; The horses, cows, and llamas are adorable and sweet, and I love seeing the babies, they are too cute! When I think of the ranch, I am instantly happy because it brings back memories of my family and I all together. It brought us all closer, and I'll be forever grateful for this gorgeous place. My beautiful cousin Addison is pictured below, and she is my partner in crime at the ranch. We have been best friends since we were born,  so we basically are sisters, we sure used to fight like sisters too. We giggle and smile all day long together and everyone actually gets annoyed with us. P.S. I am pretty sure my hat pictured below is on backwards, don't judge me.

Dorm Items You Didn't Know You Needed

Sunday, May 26, 2019

I just recently moved out of the dorms, and I came up with a list of items that I never thought to bring to the dorm but ended up needing. Who knew that college could be stressful before even stepping foot on campus?! Planning what all to bring can be very overwhelming. The worst feeling is feeling like you forgot something important, but no worries this list will ease your mind.

1. Rolling Storage Bar Cart- My roommate and I used the cart for snacks, cutlery, trash bags, paper towels, and napkins. It was very useful when we were eating because we already knew where everything was. I highly recommend this!

2. Push Light- I know this one is a little odd, but my roommate and I used this everyday. During the night when we didn't want to wake each other up with a bright lamp light, we would just use the push light. It was so much more convenient!

3. Power Strips- You always need a lot of plug ins when you are in a dorm room with barely any. I put a power strip right by my bed so that I could plug in my iPhone charger, laptop charger, lamp, heated blanket, etc.

4. Heated Blanket- I'm not sure how your dorm temperature will be, but my dorm was ALWAYS freezing cold. It was even unbearable sometimes, so I had to invest In a heating blanket. It was a life changer and I never really had a problem with it until I had to get out of bed /:

5. Mirror with Ring Light- I used this so I wouldn't wake up my roommate with bright lights when I was getting ready for my morning classes. It really saved both her and I good sleep, because we both had one.

6. Lap Desk- I used this all of the time when I was doing homework while sitting in bed.
7. Back Pillow- Saved my back a lot of pain when I was pulling all nighters writing a paper in my bed. I'm very lucky I had this to help me.

8. Fan- Even though my dorm was almost always cold, It occasionally got very hot. Being hot can be VERY miserable, so I would highly recommend you get one!

9. Underbed Shoe Hanger- This surprisingly gave me a lot of extra room in my tiny closet.

10. Pants Hanger- This gave me more room for all the unnecessary amount of clothes I decided to bring. Lol whoops!

11. Command Strips- I used so many strips for hanging up my towels, backpack, robe, purses, etc. It helped make the dorm look more spacious and organized.

12. Drawer Organizer- I stayed organized throughout the whole year because of the these. You can create your own mix and match organizational system to any drawer or cabinet. Make everything in order and no more clutter.

13. Makeup Organizer- This helped me keep all my makeup and accessories organized and easily accessible. The convenient slot compartments on top level keep protected, upright, and in place.

14. Hand Held Vacuum- I used this every week because believe it or not, dorms can get messy so easily. Plus, I feel really gross if there is crumbs and dust everywhere.

15. Floor Pillow- Whenever any guests are over they can sit on the pillow instead of the ground. It helps them be more comfortable and helps you to not worry about them being uncomfortable!
